These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Rehab Vista platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully.

Using Rehab Vista
Access is granted per organization. Each user must have their own credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Content & Conduct
You own the data you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy and lawfulness. We do not use your operational data for any purpose beyond delivering the service.
Integrations & Data
When you connect third-party integrations, you authorize only the minimum data access required for that feature to work.
Liability & Termination
Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months. Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Data is deleted within 90 days of termination.

Account & access
Accounts are issued per organization. Administrators control user roles and permissions. Shared credentials are prohibited. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Billing clarity
Subscription fees are billed in advance. Any overages are billed at the end of the billing period. Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice before taking effect.
Fair usage
The platform may not be used to store illegal content, attempt unauthorized access to other accounts, or circumvent security controls. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Rehab Vista platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Account Registration & Access
Access to Rehab Vista requires registration by an authorized administrator. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Shared credentials are prohibited.
3. Authorized Use
You may use Rehab Vista only for lawful purposes consistent with these terms. You may not: use the platform to store or transmit illegal content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform; or use the platform in a manner that disrupts service for other users.
4. Your Content & Data
You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into the Rehab Vista platform. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to deliver the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter, including any personal data of employees, therapists, students, or families.
5. Integrations & Third-Party Services
The platform may offer integrations with third-party services. Your use of those integrations is subject to the third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not guarantee their continued availability or compatibility.
6. Subscription & Billing
Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. You may cancel at any time, but fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We will give at least 30 days advance notice of any price changes.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, design, documentation, logos, and other materials comprising the Rehab Vista platform are the property of Rehab Vista or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. These terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, trade names, or branding without express written permission.
8. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for material breaches of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 90 days unless a longer retention period is required by law.
11. Updates, Disputes & Questions
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. Disputes will be governed by applicable law.
